How To Use
Following shampoo, apply from mid lengths to ends and leave on one minute. Rinse. In case of contact with eyes, rinse them immediately. Follow with oil.

Saved my dry hair

Please please please never discontinue or reformulate this product. This is the only conditioner I’ll ever use, every other conditioner I tried from other brands would make my hair hard from too many proteins or just wouldn’t hydrate it enough. This is perfect. My hair is so shiny too.

Best conditioner for low porosity coarse hair

I’ve been using this conditioner since November 2023 and my hair was soft from the first use. Now in June 2024, I am stunned. My hair is even softer, darker and more hydrated. I have been able to use heat on my hair every week and have no damage (I also get regular 1/4 inch trims every 3 months). No other professional conditioner has ever worked this well for my dry, coarse, low porosity hair. It’s so hard to hydrate my hair, but this conditioner always does that for me. Every time I stray, I always have to come back to this because it’s soooo good. You have me hooked! Please never discontinue this, my hair’s life would be over 😅

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Smells good but has sulfate chemicals in it that made strands of hair fall out. It is just as bad as regular store brands with sulfates in it. matrix is a pricey brand. The name food for soft doesn't really look right for the brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bottle is nice and it's easy to use but add a pump and it's 10/10 perfect. I have a house with 2 teenage girls and myself in my 30s and we all use this, it works well for all different hair types and it smells so good. This is fruity scented but we don't mind it! I apply after I shampoo and towel fry for a mask leaving it on a few minutes and then rinse, it leaves nice soft bouncy hair. It isn't that expensive compared to other brands.

Softens and detangles fine hair

I use it on myself and my 2-1/2 year old whose hair is super tangly. This softens her hair and helps to get the tangles out to make brushing so much easier. The smell is really nice too. Love this product now!

My hair felt very weighed down and looked a little greasy. I have very thin fine hair however so I gave it to my daughter to try. She has much thicker hair than I do and it worked very well for her.
